Hey guys

Besides the hiking plan and sunny weather, another reason that I'm excited May is coming soon- is that my family will be visiting from Malaysia, and as always, my mom will be cooking up a storm! She's an amazing cook - biryani, rendang, dendeng - anything you can dream up, she can cook! I'm opening up my tiny apartment mid-May for a wonderful feasting of Malaysian food. Yahoo! My place is quite small, but we'll find a place for everyone who wants to sample good Malaysian food- on the couch, on the floor, in the bathroom, etc.

See you guys soon - please come hiking too!

    If anyone would like to bring anything, please be my guest. I believe my mom is making rendang, nasi biryani? and a few other things. Please note that parking is sometimes difficult in my area.
